Easy Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Muffins
These easy banana bread chocolate chip muffins are soft, moist, and perfectly balanced with banana and chocolate in every bite. This recipe is a simple, tasty way to use overripe bananas.
Baking Soda & Cinnamon
Add Melted Butter to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Add Granulated Sugar to the mixing bowl.
Completely combine the melted butter and sugar.
Add Mashed Bananas and mix well. You could also mash them in the mixing bowl with the sugar and butter then combine all.
Add one egg to the mixture.
Add Vanilla Extract and mix again.
Add Baking Soda and Cinnamon to the mixture.
Mix everything until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly in a prepared muffin pan.
Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
