Pour Cake Mix into a large mixing bowl.

Add drops of neon green food coloring. Mix. Add more, if needed, to reach the perfect shade of Grinch-green.

Chill dough (optional). Then use a small cookie scoop to scoop the dough into balls and place them on a prepared cookie sheet.
