Easy  Hot Cocoa Cookies Recipe

Simple Ingredients for Hot Cocoa Cookies

Flour

Brown Sugar

Hot Cocoa Mix

Egg

Vanilla Extract

Butter

Salt

Baking Soda

Combine flour, hot chocolate mix, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside. 

1.

In another mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar.

Add Egg and Vanilla Extract to the creamed butter-sugar mixture. Mix together. 

3.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined and a dough forms.

4.

Roll the Hot Cocoa cookie dough into 1" balls and place on a prepared baking sheet. Flatten the dough a little with a clean hand. 

5.

Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes. Let cool completely.

Ingredients for Marshmallow Icing (and Decoration)

Marshmallow Fluff

Milk

Sprinkles

Heat the Marshmallow Fluff in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Add milk and mix until smooth. 

7.

Add the marshmallow icing to the top of a hot cocoa cookie. Immediately add sprinkles.
