1/3cupButterMelted
2/3cupSugargranulated
3Bananasoverripe
1Egg
1tspVanilla Extract
1 1/2cupsFlour
1tspBaking Soda
1/2 tspCinnamonground
3/4cupChocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Prepare a muffin pan with oil or by lining it with cupcake liners.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, completely combine the melted butter and sugar.
Add the bananas. Mash them then mix into the butter and sugar mixture. You could also mash them before then add them to the bowl and mix. Both ways work!
Add the egg and vanilla extract. Stir.
Add the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide the batter evenly in the prepared muffin pan.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Oven times vary.
