Ingredients
½cupEspresso or Strong Coffee
2cupsIce Cubesdivided
2teaspoonBrown Sugar
⅛teaspoonCinnamonground
½cupOat Milkor milk of choice
Instructions
Prepare shots of espresso (3) or strongly brewed coffee.
Add 1 cup of ice cubes to a mason jar with an airtight lid (or a cocktail shaker).
Pour espresso (or coffee) over the ice cubes.
Add the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Secure the lid onto the mason jar.
Shake, shake, shake. Vigorously for about 15-30 seconds or until completely combined, cold, and frothy. Set aside.
Add the other cup of ice cubes to a tall glass.
Pour the brown sugar shaken espresso over the fresh ice cubes. (I like to use the mason jar lid to hold back the old, slightly melted ice in the mason jar. You can include them, if you want and your serving glass is large enough).
