Ingredients
Chai Latte
½cupIce Cubesoptional
½cupChai Concentrate*
½cupMilkof choice
Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
¼cupHeavy Cream
1 ½tablespoonPumpkin Sauce
Instructions
If using ice, add ice cubes to your tall drinking glass.
Pour chai concentrate over the ice in the glass.
Add milk and stir.
In another glass, combine the heavy cream and pumpkin sauce.
Froth, preferably witha handheld milk frother**, until fluffy, thick, and almost double in size.
Slowly pour the thickened pumpkin cream cold foam on top of the iced chai latte.

*If you don’t have a store-bought chai concentrate or don’t feel like making this batch of homemade chai concentrate, you can combine two chai black tea bags and ½ cup of hot water in a mug, mason jar, or heat-resistant glass.Seep for 3-4 minutes, remove tea bags, and allow to cool before adding the milk and ice cubes.**If you don’t have a milk frother, please scroll up to the section titled, “Is it necessary to use a milk frother for the cold foam?”
