How to Make Peppermint Syrup at Home
In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a soft boil.
Reduce heat and continuously stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Stir in the peppermint extract and remove from heat. Let cool.
Pour cooled peppermint simple syrup into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
How to Make a Peppermint Mocha at Home
In a glass or mug, pour 2 teaspoons of the Peppermint Simple Syrup.
Add 1 Tablespoon of Chocolate Syrup to the glass.
Add 2 teaspoons of Coffee Concentrate.
Pour 1 1/2 cups of milk into the glass.
Stir completely.
If desired, add whipped cream and sprinkles. Enjoy!
