How to Make Iced Coffee with Ice Cream
Easily and quickly make an iced coffee with ice cream, at home, with three simple ingredients. It’s refreshing, indulgent, and irresistible. It’s a great way to cool down AND get your caffeine fix at the same time.

Strong Coffee
chilled

Vanilla Ice Cream for glass

Instructions
Pour cold coffee into the glass jar of a blender.
Add the milk and ½ cup of ice cream.
Secure the lid on the blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream into a tall glass.*
Pour the blended coffee ice cream mixture over the scoop of ice cream in the glass.
Enjoy!
Notes
*Feel free to add an extra scoop of ice cream to the glass, if desired. It’s even more refreshing on a hot day.
